Following the release of sensitive U.S. diplomatic cables, the Republican ranking member of the Homeland Security Committee said that the administration should designate WikiLeaks a "Foreign Terrorist Organization" as the organization is damaging "not only our national interests in fighting the war on terror, but also undermines the very safety of coalition forces in Iraq and Afghanistan."
